Laguna is best known as the birthplace of the Filipino national hero, Jose Rizal. As mentioned, Mondia Nuvali will be sold as a lot only property; however, architecture for the houses will follow a modern contemporary theme. Maximum height for houses will be 10 meters which will be measured vertically from the highest lot corner to the roof’s apex.
As it has with previous properties, Mondia Nuvali is expected to share the resource consumption and energy efficiency standards practiced on the four previous Nuvali property projects mentioned. The construction for Mondia Nuvali features tree-shaded walkways, permeable paving, a recycled water irrigation system and bioswales that are expected to help in filtering rainwater. Lot density is 16 lots per hectare. Each lot will range from 269 to 541 sq. m. lots or approximately 2,895 to 5,823 sq. ft. The total land area is 39.61 hectares or 396,118 sq. m. No model house designs have been released. Mondia Nuvali has a 10% contribution to Nuvali’s overall coverage. There will be more than 600 lots to be put up for sale with each lot measuring approximately 269 sqm to 541 sqm. The prices range from Php 4.9 million to Php 11.8 million.
In 2015, Paulo Rizaldo Ong, Project Development Division Manager at Alveo, stated that the subdivision will be divided into two phases: Phase 1 and Phase 2. Phase 1 will open 384 residential lots. The amenities are expected to be turned over in the next two years. The other 300+ lots will be covered by Phase 2 and will be turned over on the last development year for the project. It is expected to be turned over on the first quarter of 2018.
